Sonia Choquette, PhD, will help you tame your mind raise your vibration and recognize your intuitive knowing. Mike Dow, PsyD, PhD, will teach a toolbox of proven strategies for creating inner peace and cultivating a healthy, stress-free mind by dialing down the overactive sympathetic nervous system.

You will learn:

  • Mindfulness and energy-based practices to tame worry and rumination
  • Diaphragmatic breathing, autogenic training, and progressive muscle relaxation to decrease high levels of stress hormones
  • Practices to quiet the voices that hold you back
  • Ways to hear the still, small voice within.

As you open the way for your intuition, you will create a quantum shift in your life. You’ll be able to creatively solve challenges, instantly make better decisions, attract better opportunities, live more authentically, and be more open to the blessings your intuition wants to bring your way.

Those who have never been exposed to these principles, as well as those who already have experience with these psychological and spiritual techniques, are welcome.
