Program Description

Wondering how to push the envelope of longevity? Find out why the type of food you eat—not just the quantity—has a profound effect on your weight, your health, and your overall well-being. Say goodbye to weight loss gimmicks, fasting fads, and yo-yo dieting and learn more about the foods that keep your body nourished for a long, full life.

Join nutritional expert and New York Times best-selling author Joel Fuhrman, MD, for a weekend of learning how nutrition impacts every aspect of your life. Take home practical strategies for transitioning to a nutrient-dense, plant-rich diet based on the most powerful anticancer, antiaging, and longevity-promoting foods and nutritional practices.

You’ll be introduced to an eating plan that incorporates the latest advances in nutritional science, empowers you to reach your ideal weight, and fights chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, migraines, and even early stages of some cancers.

Over the course of Dr. Fuhrman’s weekend program, you will learn:

  • The core concepts of the nutrient-dense Nutritarian Diet
  • Effective strategies for resolving food addiction
  • How to most effectively reverse heart disease and type 2 diabetes, boost immunity, and prevent dementia
  • Nutritional strategies for avoiding, and in some cases, reversing, cancer
  • How to successfully commit to, and enjoy, this healthy eating style with meal preparation that’s delicious for any occasion.

This weekend will forever change the way you look at food. You’ll come away enlightened, empowered, and with a new commitment to living a long and healthy life.
