During this 5-day intensive, you will learn:

  • How to authentically embody the role of spiritual counselor
  • Skills to teach meditation as a life-changing practice
  • The importance of building personal mythology and rituals for your own life transitions.

While yoga is often seen as a largely physical practice, dedicated practitioners recognize that yoga offers a road map to unparalleled psychological transformation.
