Balancing Practice and Lifestyle

1440 Multiversity 800 Bethany Drive Scotts Valley,CA 95066

For thousands of years, the principles and methods of Ayurvedic detoxification have been the most powerful and comprehensive of any healing system. Detoxification—physical, mental, and emotional—is more necessary today than ever before.

Join Mas Vidal, E-RYT 500, for five days of transformative self-care and an exploration of Ayurvedic detoxification, which is based on the body-mind-spirit connection and provides profound insights into the causes of disorder.

Through many years of clinical experience, Mas has learned how to apply the ancient modalities of Ayurvedic panchakarma (five cleansing actions) into practical and effective methods that can be applied to a modern lifestyle. This week you will experience yoga and meditation, gain a clear understanding of the areas you need to cleanse, and learn:

This 5-day program will guide you through a perfect balance of:

  • The history of detox and its methods according to Ayurveda and yoga
  • Your dosha type and a personalized program for detoxification according to your constitution, medical history, and lifestyle
  • How diet, spices, and herbs support digestion
  • The role of Integral Yoga Therapy (postures and breathing techniques) in detoxification
  • Spiritual ecology and creating a lifestyle of balance and wellness.

By learning a practical means to live day to day, moment to moment, you will acquire a clear perspective on how yoga and Ayurveda, when practiced as one system, can bring you mind-body synergy—the ultimate health and happiness
