Thrive

Science-Based Keys to Happiness

1440 Multiversity 800 Bethany Drive Scotts Valley,CA 95066

It’s a common trap: “I’ll be happy when…” “I’ll be happy when I find a great relationship.” “I’ll be happy when I get out of this job.” “I’ll be happy when I create more stability.” What happens next? We get that relationship, job, or whatever improved circumstance, and once again happiness slips into the future. Striving for happiness pulls us away from the fullness of this moment, right here, right now.

Happiness is a way of being—a skill to learn. Discover research-proven techniques to deepen and expand flourishing. These skill-building techniques and exercises have drawn thousands to Stanford University’s Continuing Studies most popular course. Now you’ll have access too. Stanford research shows this program increases wellbeing, mental agility, and resilience.

“Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.” –Dalai Lama

Whether you feel great but aim to soar higher, are amidst troubling times, seek greater emotional mastery, or want additional science-based practices in your toolbox, this deep-dive workshop will up-level your ability to thrive in relationships, career, and life.
