Everyone needs a little time to unplug from their hectic lives now and again. The Soul Radiance Retreat—a one-of-a-kind meditation retreat vacation with Hay House author Sarah McLean—is the ideal solution. Come open the door to your inner radiance as you rejuvenate and enliven your spirit.

Give yourself the space to rediscover your inner power and reconnect to your center point of peace, equanimity, and joy. This week, you will sink deep into powerful contemplative practices, including guided meditation and yoga, that invite you to explore your true nature and rediscover your zest and purpose for life. You don’t need any prior experience with meditation; if you are a frequent retreater, you’ll experience a new level of inspiration.

This week, you will learn:

  • The eight spiritual ‘must-haves’ that will transform everything
  • Five essentials for success in any meditative practice
  • Three easy ways to be kinder and more compassionate toward yourself and others
  • To reconnect with your heart’s desires through self-inquiry practices—your personal keys to peace, fulfillment and creativity.

Discover what truly matters to you through self-awareness exercises and learn how to bring them to the forefront of your life. Get back into your body with yoga and cultivate more compassion toward yourself and others with lovingkindness meditation and heart- centered breathing. You will leave with the keys for maintaining your own practice and a blueprint for living a more fulfilling and joyous life.
