1440 Multiversity 800 Bethany Drive Scotts Valley,CA 95066

While everyone experiences some anxiety and depression, for many the experience significantly interferes with quality of life, including personal and social relationships, career, and even the activities of daily life.

The good news is that it is possible to address these states through a natural approach that draws on the timeliness knowledge and practices of Ayurveda and yoga therapy.

In this program with specialist Marc Halpern, DC, CAS, you will learn the traditional Eastern approaches to creating well-being through an understanding of the mind and consciousness combined with empowering self-care practices tailored for your life.

These 5 days include guided experience, lecture, discussion, and reflection as you learn:

  • Proven practices for managing and ultimately transcending the experience of anxiety and depression
  • The essential vocabulary and approach of Ayurveda, the world’s oldest health-care system
  • An approach to eating that best suits your unique constitution to create balance and overall well-being
  • Lifestyle choices and tools to support you in healing your deepest wounds and enhancing every aspect of your life.

Through balancing yoga asanas (postures) and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), along with the cultivation of proper diet, daily routines, and sensory support (use of color, sound, aroma, and self-massage), you will form a clear strategy for moving forward on your journey to overcoming anxiety and depression.
