Healing the Divide

Inner Yoga, Meditation, and the Path of Awakened Living

1440 Multiversity 800 Bethany Drive Scotts Valley,CA 95066

The age-old tradition of yoga has far more to offer than physical postures. Traditionally, the teachings and practices of yoga were designed to heal the divide between individual and Source, between humanity and divinity.

In this weekend program, veteran yoga and meditation teacher David H. Wagner invites you to immerse yourself in “inner yoga,” with guided meditations, energy attunements, and interactive discussions about the teachings and life-changing philosophy of yoga.

You will learn:

  • The secrets to deep, sustained meditation—powerful techniques that unlock the practice and make it enjoyable
  • Inner yoga practices such as bhavana, sacred study, prayer, and energy cultivation
  • How to raise the vibration of your mind and clear emotional blockages from your heart
  • Methods for maintaining the benefits of inner yoga practice in your daily life.

You will explore teachings and intensive practices that are considered “advanced.” Leave with a deepened practice and radical exercises for self-healing.
