It’s time to start writing again. Whether you have an idea for a book or essay you can’t seem to get off the ground or you’ve hit a wall and can’t seem to finish what you started, writer Jennifer Mattson reveals how you can get unstuck and get writing.

Through writing prompts, exercises, artistic play, discussions about craft, and a better understanding of the creative process, you’ll:

• Practice mindfulness exercises to help you focus and increase productivity
• Spot and avoid common mistakes that keep writers stuck
• Learn take-home tools that inspire creative flow

Faculty Bio

Jennifer Mattson

Jennifer Mattson is a writer, speaker, and journalist. She leads writing retreats across the country and reports on mindfulness, yoga, wellness, healthy living, arts and culture. A former broadcast news producer for CNN, CNN International, and National Public Radio, her writing has appeared throughout the media. She teaches at NYU, Grub Street, the Brooklyn Brainery, and the San Francisco Writer’s Grotto.
