Patricia Moreno, award-winning mindset expert, fitness guru, author and public speaker Patricia Moreno’s mission is to inspire people to exercise their power to lead the life they want. Through her signature workout intenSati, a blend of high-cardio aerobics and martial arts, paired with spoken affirmation, Patricia leads people to align their thoughts, words and actions and become the person they are meant to be.
