Faculty Bio

Lesley Fightmaster, E-RYT 500

Lesley Fightmaster is a certified yoga instructor and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She is on the faculty of the YogaWorks® teacher training department, leads 200-hour certification programs, and teaches in the 300-hour program.

Lesley’s teaching style infuses meditative and flowing vinyasa classes with yoga philosophy, concise technical alignment, and heart-felt humor. Lesley says that before discovering yoga, she was anxious, tightly wound, and rarely laughed. Yoga taught her to breathe, connect, and find space—and she would like to share what she has learned with you.

Lesley believes that the transformational gift of yoga should be available to as many people as possible and she offers free yoga classes both in-person and on multiple online platforms.

Lesley is married and has two sons who occasionally experiment with yoga, but their main love is Brazilian jiujitsu.
