Sleep is essential to vitality, tranquility, and happiness. Research has indicated that healthy sleep may help attention, immunity, inflammation, chronic pain, weight control, stress, depression, mood, and more.

Join traditionally trained master and Western researcher Master Yang Yang for a program that blends Chinese philosophy, healing, and martial arts with Western science. You will experience the benefits of a fun, accessible tai chi and qigong program demonstrated by a recent NIH-funded study to have significant positive effects on sleep and anxiety. You will explore:

  •   A simple yet effective routine of static and dynamic qigong exercises and tai chi movements
  •   Meditations in sitting, standing, and lying postures, including meditation exercises and guidance
  •   Gentle, deep breathing movements to exercise posture, internal power, coordination, and flexibility
  •   Exercises that promote better sleep—an essential ingredient for tranquility, happiness, and vitality.

You will engage in safe and gentle, yet challenging, exercises to nurture energy and develop the mind-body connection. Return home with a complete routine that brings significant benefits in a short period of time, and that’s easy enough to share with your loved ones.
