The Enneagram and The Inner Critic

Deeper Practices for Heart Awakening

1440 Multiversity 800 Bethany Drive Scotts Valley,CA 95066

The Enneagram is an extraordinary personality system that can help you to understand yourself and your relationships, and free you from the torments of your inner critic—the self-defeating pattern that affects your ability to see things as they really are, move toward your true desires, and create deep and trusting relationships.

Guided by Enneagram teacher Michael Naylor, MEd, CPCC, LADC, you will discover your particular Enneatype and learn how the inner critic shows up uniquely for your type. Through music, interactive exercises, and guided meditations to help you navigate around and through these patterns, you will:

  • Deepen your capacity to employ presence, compassion and merciful observation to help you unhook yourself from unnecessary suffering
  • Move into deeper contact with your heart, where clarity, deep peace, and loving connection reside
  • Learn practices that loosen the grip of the inner critic and experience a higher level of healing.

You will come away with an understanding of each Enneagram type and how to transform your relationship with your inherited inner critic.
