Eating Clean

Detox, Fight Inflammation, and Reset Your Body

1440 Multiversity 800 Bethany Drive Scotts Valley,CA 95066

Millions of us suffer from unwanted, uncomfortable, non-specific symptoms, whether it’s acne, bloating, or headaches. Many more of us are dealing with serious autoimmune diseases. A majority of these health issues are caused by toxins in our food, personal care products, home, and environment.

Join chef Amie Valpone, HHC, AADP, author of the best-selling cookbook Eating Clean, and get inspired by her story of healing after 10 years of chronic illness, including Lyme disease, polycystic ovary syndrome, and hypothyroidism.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Support your body’s detox system from your liver to your skin to your bowels
  • Create strong gut health (where almost 80 percent of your immune system lives)
  • Release difficult emotions by changing your habits, beliefs, and behaviors around food and lifestyle.

You’ll also learn what tests to ask your doctor for to determine the underlying causes of any health issues you may have, from fatigue to weight gain to autoimmune disease.

You can improve your health by learning how to listen to your body, reduce stress, and relax your nervous system using Amie’s practical, helpful tips.
