Diana Chapman

Diana Chapman is a cofounder of the Conscious Leadership Group and has been a trusted advisor to more than 700 top-tier organizational leaders and many of their executive teams, guiding them into and through pivotal transitions in life, business, and consciousness.

Diana‰’s dedication to the personal and global expansion of consciousness led to the creation of Conscious Leadership Forum, where she and her cofounders are spearheading a movement to propagate new models of leadership based on personal and collective empowerment.

A well-respected facilitator for the Young Presidents Organization, Diana works with their forums and chapters worldwide. Diana is co-author of The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership: A New Paradigm for Sustainable Success.

 

Jim Dethmer

Jim Dethmer is a cofounder of the Conscious Leadership Group (CLG) and has been devoted to the practice of conscious leadership for 45 years.

He has worked with Fortune-200 CEOs and their teams across all industries, supporting them in transforming their lives and their cultures.

Through CLG he brings a radically new conversation about leadership, consciousness, self-awareness, and commitment to individuals, groups, and organizations throughout the world in order to optimize their effectiveness. He also offers consulting services to executive teams and organizations.

Jim speaks on topics such as responsibility leadership, leadership and emotional intelligence, integrity and agreements, and how curiosity and commitment to learning create optimum professional environments.
