Decode Your Relationship with Food

What Your Cravings, Body, and Weight Are Telling You

1440 Multiversity 800 Bethany Drive Scotts Valley,CA 95066

How might your life be different if you didn’t have to watch your eating or your weight? Transform your relationship to food and your body by decoding the meaning and purpose in your hungers, food cravings, body talk, and weight.

Learn to interrupt unwanted or detrimental behaviors with The Behavior Decoding Method™, an innovative step-by-step system created by Barbara Birsinger, ThD, MPH, that restores balance to disordered eating and weight-related behaviors.

You will engage in experiential exercises, demonstrations, group discussion and sharing, guided self-discovery, quantum energetic healing, and neuro-repatterning techniques to:

  • Discover the symbolic meaning and purpose in your current behaviors and how they are trying to meet your needs and desires
  • Calm the “hind brain” (or critter brain), which is concerned with preserving survival patterning, and update and release outdated “programs” and behaviors
  • Reset neural pathways to create experiences that you want in life and health
  • Activate self-care practices that are your own and find your true needs satisfaction
  • Reconnect with intuitive body wisdom, from the inside out, and sense what, when, and how much to eat, exercise, sleep, relax, and more
  • Restore spiritual connection to access body appreciation and self-love
  • Embody new rituals that inspire deeper meaning and purpose in your life.

If you seek freedom with food and peace with your body, and wish to redefine our culture’s myths about weight, health, and beauty, this retreat is for you.
