Coming Out Again

A Weekend Retreat for Gay Men

1440 Multiversity 800 Bethany Drive Scotts Valley,CA 95066

Coming out is, for most men, a defining moment in life. It is a profoundly liberating experience that allows you to live more honestly, clear the way to love more fully, and express yourself more authentically.

Yet, admitting to yourself and the world that you are gay is only the first step. Being gay goes well beyond sexuality, and a spiritual practice allows you to examine the fullness and richness of life as a gay man.

During this weekend with author and teacher Darren Main, you will learn:

  • Next steps for discovering your authentic expression and sharing it with the world
  • Practices to heal past wounds
  • Important roles that gay men have held throughout history in the cultivation of art, science, spirituality, and creativity
  • The profound benefits of having a spiritual practice and sharing your experiences in community.

As our society becomes a more supportive place for gay men, we have the opportunity to take the next step together. Through yoga, meditation, and connection, this weekend will inspire you to uncover new aspects of yourself and feel supported in our expanding journey together.
