Align with nature and savor winter’s gifts as you slow down, turn inward, and recharge. Yoga helps to relieve stress, renew energy, and increase clarity by revitalizing the body, quieting the mind, and softening the heart center.

In this weekend workshop with Jillian Pransky, E-RYT 500, you will explore:

  • Slow Flow Vinyasa sequences to warm your body and boost your immune system
  • Restorative yoga poses to help you turn inward, calm the mind, and gently let go of tension
  • Walking meditations to ground your body through deep connection with nature
  • Metta practices to open your heart and connect you to your inner well of compassion.
