Born to Be Me

A Women’s Self-Discovery Retreat

1440 Multiversity 800 Bethany Drive Scotts Valley,CA 95066

Do you feel you’ve spent your life caring for everyone else and are now ready to focus on you? Are you ready to make changes in your life but unsure how to move forward, where to go, what to do, or who to ask?

Inner work and personal growth takes courage, support, and the understanding that you’re not alone. You’ll find these things in this workshop with coach, facilitator, and mentor Karen Ely. In the community of other women on the journey of self-discovery, you will learn how to go from existing to thriving, as well as:

  • How to step back from your day-to-day busyness to get clarity on the woman you were born to be
  • What it feels like to be inspired and supported by a community of like-minded women
  • How tools like sitting in nature, meditating, and journaling can help you find your life purpose.

Over the course of the retreat you will be nurtured as you learn to “see” with new eyes. You will gain techniques to help you move powerfully back into your life with a deeper sense of yourself, an enlivened sense of being, and a clearer idea of who you were born to be.
