Through in-depth yoga instruction, meditation, partner and group work, and individual and group journaling, you will learn:

  • To find your voice and share your stories through words, written reflection, and community
  • To safely and effectively condition your body and breath through practical yoga and meditation exercises

Faculty Bio

Alexandra Elle

Alexandra Elle is an author and poet with a passion for building community through storytelling, poetry, and narrative writing infused with life lessons and self-celebration through reading, writing, and language.

In her pre-teen years, writing came into her life by way of therapy and the exploration of healing. Many years later, Alex is sharing her voice and words across the globe in the form of self-love and self-care.

Alexandra founded her blog, Another Sunday, in 2015 as a creative outlet to celebrate her voyage through entrepreneurship, motherhood, minimalism, self-care, and everything else in between. Another Sunday was created to inspire and give readers beautiful imagery while reading and tagging along, one day at a time.

In addition to Another Sunday, Alex Elle is a full-time small business owner whose career focuses heavily on writing and self-celebration. She lives in the Washington, DC, metro area with her husband and daughter.

Racheal Weathers

Racheal Weathers has been practicing hatha and vinyasa yoga since 2012 and teaching since 2015. Committed to living authentically, Racheal decided to elevate her life and live by her own standards and by the call of her own heart to spread the truth of health and wellness to every community across the nation.

A Brooklyn-based yoga instructor who frequents Los Angeles, she is known for her light-hearted but detailed style and thorough sequencing in a supportive environment. In addition to offering online classes, Racheal leads retreats and workshops combining yoga, writing, nutrition, and strength training.

She believes you don’t have to be anything to practice yoga. The only thing required is the willingness to learn!
