In this weekend workshop, Elson Haas, MD, will share his insights from 40 years of integrative family practice and the multidisciplinary approach he helped to formulate. Based partly on his book, Staying Healthy with NEW Medicine: Integrating Natural, Eastern, and Western Approaches for Optimal Health, Dr. Haas will focus on how this method applies to you and your health. Faculty Bio

Elson Haas

Dr. Elson Haas has been a practicing physician since 1973. He developed an integrative approach to healing that incorporates natural, Eastern, and Western medical approaches, or what he calls “NEW Medicine.” This combination of integrative, holistic, and functional medicine is designed to restore proper body physiology and support the healing process.

Dr. Haas is the author of Staying Healthy with the Seasons and, most recently, Staying Healthy with NEW Medicine, and is coauthor of Staying Healthy with Nutrition, The Detox Diet, The False Fat Diet, and Ultimate Immunity,

He has written and produced health information for adults and children for 40 years, published 10 books, and lectured as a health professor. He also founded and directs the Preventive Medical Center of Marin, an integrative center in San Rafael, California.
