Faculty Bio

John Douillard, DC, CAP

John Douillard is an Ayurvedic physician, teacher, and writer. As a chiropractor specializing in sports medicine, he is the former director of player development for the New Jersey Nets NBA team.

His books include The 3-Season Diet, Perfect Health for Kids, and The Encyclopedia of Ayurvedic Massage.

In addition to producing numerous e-courses, he is the creator of several health DVDs, including Ayurveda for Stress Relief and Ayurveda for Detox, and has formulated his own line of organic health-care products.

He has published more than 500 health videos, been featured on The Dr. Oz Show and in Woman‰’s World magazine, Elephant Journal, and Yoga Journal, among dozens of other publications and venues.

He currently directs the LifeSpa Ayurvedic Center in Boulder, Colorado, where he lives with his wife and six children.
