Faculty Bio

Mike Dow, PsyD

Mike Dow is a New York Times best-selling author and psychotherapist who believes in the power of natural and integrative strategies to heal our brains, rebalance our overtaxed nervous systems, and bring joy to our everyday lives.

In addition to hosting shows on TLC, E!, Investigation Discovery, and VH1, he is a recurring guest cohost on The Doctors, is part of Dr. Oz’s core team, and can be heard weekly on The Dr. Mike Show on Hay House Radio.

He coauthored his most recent book, Healing the Broken Brain, with his brother, David, who is a stroke survivor, and his best-selling book, The Brain Fog Fix, was a New York Times bestseller and has been published in several languages. In 2018, he will be releasing a book about natural strategies to combat stress, anxiety, and insomnia.

Dr. Mike is registered with the California Board of Psychology and the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
