Live Past 100
Advances in Nutritional Science for Living Healthfully
July 14 – 19, 2019 | $1350 | Joel Fuhrman, MD
The stats are in—during 2018 in the United States alone, there were over 1.7 million new cases of cancer, over 5 million people were living with age-related dementias, and heart disease remained the number-one cause of death. How are you going to beat the odds?
In this life-changing 5-day workshop, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, creator of the Nutritarian diet, will show you a powerful method for healthful living. He’ll teach you a way of eating that is rich in micronutrients, protective antioxidants, and phytochemicals—proven to positively impact every area of your life while reducing your caloric intake.
Prevent disease, slow the aging process, and prolong your life—all through food!
Through lecture, hands-on cooking instruction, and a review of the scientific evidence, you will learn:
- How to recognize powerful anticancer foods and incorporate them into your diet
- To use nutrient-per-calorie-density to shape the way you eat
- The differences between high-carbohydrate foods and how each of them influences your health
- To understand, recognize, and address food addiction and emotional overeating
- Which foods positively and negatively affect your hormones—determining disease and premature aging
- The problems and risks of conventional drugs over natural methods—how to find complete cures rather than just manage your symptoms.
Learn how beneficial and delicious a disease-reversing, anticancer, longevity-promoting diet-style can be. This week will empower you to take control of your health while giving you the skills to articulate and present this information to your community. By working collectively, we can save millions of people from needless suffering. Help yourself and those you care for live healthfully past 100.
