1440 does not issue meal credits if you miss a meal or choose to not dine in Kitchen Table. It is not uncommon for guests to explore Scotts Valley or the surrounding Santa Cruz area when they have some free time in their program agenda; however, if you do, we recommend you return in time for your meals. The culinary team orders and prepares meals according to the daily registration count from pre-arrival to guest departure.
