Stefanie Goldstein is a licensed clinical psychologist, director and cofounder of the Center for Mindful Living in Los Angeles, California, and cocreator of the widely popular teen program CALM: Connecting Adolescents to Learning Mindfulness, which has been featured on Good Morning America.
Dr. Goldstein believes therapy involves all aspects of the self, including the emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual. She specializes in integrating mindfulness when working with stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. She utilizes an integrative approach drawing from psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, cognitive therapy, and somatic psychology.
As a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher with several trainings in integrative psychology, trauma, and addiction recovery, Dr. Goldstein provides trainings and clinical supervision to therapy interns and has spoken and given trainings at several prestigious universities, associations, and centers.
She published a peer-reviewed article, The Exploration of Spirituality and Identity Status in Adolescence, as well as numerous articles in Mindful, and is coauthor of the CD Mindful Solutions for Addiction and Relapse Prevention.
