Sarita Chawla is a master coach, ordained teacher of the Diamond Approach, and founder of Metalens, a company devoted to developing individual and collective consciousness.
Sarita has 45 years of experience in the developmental and corporate world and is credentialed as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation, where she serves as an examiner. Sarita is also senior faculty at New Ventures West, where she has trained and certified hundreds of coaches.
Leaders and executives in prestigious organizations, including AT&T, SYPartners, Pixar, Intel, Clinton Global Initiative, and Levi Strauss, seek her out for her expertise.
Sarita is coeditor of Productivity Press’ best-selling anthology Learning Organizations: Developing Cultures for Tomorrow’s Workplace, and coauthor of Emergence of Wise Women: A Learning Chronicle. She is also executive coproducer of the documentary video project BeComing: Women’s Circles, Women’s Lives.
