Integrative sleep specialist and dream sage
Rubin Naiman is a psychologist, sleep and dream specialist, and a leader in the development of integrative approaches to sleep and dream disorders, combining conventional sleep science with depth psychology and transpersonal and spiritual perspectives.
Through his organization, NewMoon Sleep, Dr. Naiman offers a broad range of sleep- and dream-related services, trainings, and consultations. In his global telehealth practice, he works with a diverse range of clientele, including Fortune 500 CEOs, professional athletes, statesmen, actors, and musicians.
He is also a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the world-renowned University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, directed by Dr. Andrew Weil. Dr. Naiman founded the sleep program at Canyon Ranch health resort and was director of sleep programs for Miraval Resort.
Dr. Naiman is the author of several groundbreaking works on sleep, including Healing Night; Healthy Sleep (with Andrew Weil); The Yoga of Sleep; and Hush: A Book of Bedtime Contemplations.
