Robin Boudette, PhD
Psychologist, mindfulness expert
Robin Boudette is a licensed psychologist, behavior-change expert, and mindfulness teacher with more than 25 years of clinical experience. She is the former program director at the University Medical Center at Princeton Eating Disorders Program and founded the Mind-Body Health Team at Princeton University. Currently she teaches at the Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and leads the Behavior Change Facilitator Training at MindSciences.
Dr. Boudette studied integrative medicine, training extensively in both yoga therapy and mindfulness meditation, and is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction instructor. She regularly presents at national professional conferences, weekend workshops, and retreats. Dr. Boudette has a private practice in Princeton, New Jersey, and offers programs and trainings in healthcare, higher education, and workplace settings.
