Author, educator, culinary translator

Rebecca Katz is a nationally recognized culinary translator and expert on the role of food in supporting optimal health. She consults for the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine’s nutrition conference for health professionals, which is co-directed by Dr. Andrew Weil.

She received her culinary training from New York’s Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts.
