Myoshin Kelley first began meditating in 1975 and has since practiced under the guidance of several renowned meditation teachers in all three major Buddhist traditions. She was trained as a meditation instructor by Joseph Goldstein and Sharon Salzberg at the Insight Meditation Society (IMS) in Barre, Massachusetts.
