Michelle Tam is a Saveur Award-winning blogger, food writer, and best-selling author whose humor, creativity, and passion about the paleo diet and lifestyle reach millions each month through her Nom Nom Paleo blog.

She is author of the New York Times best-selling cookbook Nom Nom Paleo: Food For Humans, which was nominated for a James Beard Award, and her app has been voted “Best New App” and received a webby award.

With a degree in nutrition and food science—and a doctorate in pharmacy—Michelle understands the science behind the paleo lifestyle, and her inspirational recipes highlight the variety of flavors and foods available to paleo-style eaters—and anyone who loves food.
