Michelle is CEO and Founder of Lucenscia, a firm dedicated to the cultivation of human potential and mindful business transformation. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and non-profits in the U.S. and abroad including LinkedIn, Microsoft, TD Bank, MUFG, Cisco, Deustche Telekom, Barilla Pasta and the U.S. Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
As a former corporate attorney and business leader, Michelle uniquely leverages her experience to support the growth and positive performance impact of leaders and their teams. She is a True North Leadership Teaching Fellow, serves as faculty and coach with Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification program and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute’s teacher training program. She also is a Certified Genos International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner®, Certified Mindfulness Teacher – Professional Level (CMT-P) with the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, Level 2 Certified Search Inside Yourself Teacher and Board Director with the Institute for Organizational Mindfulness.
In recognition for her work, Michelle was inducted as an honorary member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, and named “Top Corporate Leader” by HR.com’s Leadership Excellence and “Woman of The Year” by the National Association of Professional Women.
