Mark Morford has been teaching devotional vinyasa yoga classes and workshops in San Francisco for more than 15 years. He is creator of the Yoga for Writers (Y4W) and Everyday Sorcery for Urban Mystics programs for inspired yogis, and is one of the principal instructors for Yoga Tree San Francisco’s teacher training programs.
Since 1998, Mark has been an award-winning columnist and culture critic for SFGate and the San Francisco Chronicle, with a cult-like following based on his infamous Notes & Errata column. He is a contributing writer for numerous publications, including Huffington Post, Yoga Journal, The Sun, and Sex+Design.
He is also the author of The Daring Spectacle: Adventures in Deviant Journalism and the creator of Mark Morford’s Apothecary, an iOS app. He leads popular immersions and retreats internationally.
