A life coach trained through the Coaches Training Institute with extensive yoga teacher training through Moksha Yoga International, Keith is a global leader in community growth involving mindful health and wellness.
In his book Making Sense of Mindfulness, Keith introduces his five-step framework to assist people in comprehending the buzzword “mindfulness” and how to practically integrate this powerful practice into day-to-day life. Keith’s keynotes, workshops, and live yoga classes are consistently packed with students and Keith also creates instructional videos and DVD series.
Keith is a regular columnist in Balance magazine and inspires thousands of people around the world with his daily intentions on social media. His popular weekly podcast, Let’s Connect, features thought leaders and motivators from around the world.
Aside from his practices in health and well-being, Keith is also known for his work as a professional musician, most notably as a top finalist on Canadian Idol.
