Kathy Griest has successfully taught the ChiRunning® method to thousands of people, with profound results. This effective and exhilarating technique has been featured across the media, including in Runner’s World, the New York Times, USA Today, the Washington Post, Shape, and on CNN and NPR.
Going into her 40th year of running, Kathy still enjoys getting out there and learning what ChiRunning can bring to her daily runs. Kathy was personally trained by the founder of ChiRunning, Danny Dreyer, and has been teaching since 2004. She has taught programs at the renowned Golden Door Spa in Escondido, California, Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and countless other venues throughout the United States.
Kathy teaches this method to help runners reduce, prevent, and recover from injuries, with a focus on relaxation, correct alignment and posture, and connect the mind and body.
