Jill Lacher is a yoga teacher who specializes in therapeutic yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and restorative yoga. In 2003, Jill discovered the healing potential for yoga as a way to unify the body, mind and spirit. Since then she has used yoga as a means of self-care and personal enrichment.
Her regular practice of yoga led her to the White Lotus Yoga Foundation—one of the first and most renowned yoga teacher training programs in the country—where she received her Yoga Alliance certification and has since returned for advanced trainings.
Jill also teaches a private weekly Yoga for Runners class. Jill helps others bring about positive transformation, balance, and a grounded sense of peace that can be drawn upon in life.
