Jennifer Louden is a personal growth pioneer who helped launch the self-care movement with her first book, The Woman’s Comfort Book: A Self-Nurturing Guide for Restoring Balance in Your Life.
She is also author of six additional books on well-being and whole living with nearly a million copies in print in nine languages, including The Pregnant Woman’s Comfort Book, A Year of Daily Joy: A Guided Journal to Creating Happiness Everyday, and Comfort Secrets for Busy Women: Finding Your Way When Your Life Is Overflowing.
Jen has spoken throughout the world, written a national magazine column for Martha Stewart Living, been profiled or quoted in dozens of major magazines—including Yoga Journal and People—and has appeared on hundreds of television, network, and radio shows, including the Oprah Winfrey Show and CNN.
She has been teaching retreats and leading workshops since 1992 and creating vibrant online communities and innovative learning experiences since 2000.
