Irene Lyon, MSC

Therapeutic coach, nervous system specialist

Irene Lyon teaches people around the world how to work with the nervous system to transform trauma, heal body and mind, and live full, creative lives.

With a master’s degree in biomedical and health science, Irene has a knack for making complex science easy for all of us to understand and apply in our own lives. Based in Somatic Experiencing® and the Feldenkrais Method®, her work has helped everyone from Olympic athletes, wheelchair-bound basketball players, and people suffering from severe PTSD, to corporate executives and online stars.

Through her online programs, Irene’s work has reached people in over 57 countries. She sees her clients dramatically improve from back pain, knee pain, chronic pain, fear of public speaking, digestive issues, severe depression, anxiety, developmental trauma, shock trauma, ritual abuse, strokes, and head injuries.

In person she teaches with Elia Mrak at their signature Up & Down workshops. She can also be found hiking in the mountains or walking along the Pacific Ocean in her hometown of Vancouver, British Columbia.
