David H. Wagner, creator of the Living Meditation method, has been teaching meditation and self-empowerment to diverse audiences around the world, in all kinds of venues, for more than 20 years.
A transformational teacher with a bold, dynamic, and unique style, David is creator of numerous meditation CDs, including Living Meditation, Meditation for Everyone, The Yoga of Breath, and Meditation for Pregnancy. He is also the author of Backbone: The Modern Man’s Ultimate Guide to Purpose, Passion and Power and has most recently taken on the mission of serving the transformational needs of men.
Classically trained in the Indian wisdom traditions of yoga, Bhakti, Vedanta, and Tantric Shaivism, David’s teachings come from decades of personal transformation and more than 20 years’ experience supporting others on their authentic path to deep happiness. He travels widely and serves on the faculties of YogaGlo, Kripalu, and Omega Institute.
