Christina Rasmussen, MA
Grief educator and author
Christina Rasmussen is an acclaimed grief educator and the founder of the Life Reentry Institute.
Christina has helped countless people break out of what she has coined the “waiting room” of grief to rebuild their lives. With her Life Reentry Model, she introduces a new framework for grief, based on the science of neuroplasticity, as a catalyst for redefining identity and returning to life. Her mission is to change the way we grieve, the way we live, and how we define our potential in this life and the hereafter.
As a professional grounded in science, Christina was skeptical of the mystical, supernatural, or religious descriptions of afterlife—so she turned to physics to unravel the mystery of life beyond life. She found that not only is there life after death but that we all have the ability to connect with loved ones who have passed.
Christina has been featured on ABC News, MariaShriver.com, the White House blog, and in the Washington Post, and consulted on the movie short Dreamwisher. She is the host of the Dear Life podcast and the author of Where Did You Go? and Second Firsts. She is currently working on her first work of fiction.
