Christa Reynolds is a spiritual director, Ayurvedic lifestyle practitioner, and a Jyotish, or Vedic astrologer. For over 20 years, she has studied various yoga traditions, including Ashtanga, vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Anusara, and Iyengar, developing her own unique style of flow, alignment, and meditation.
Christa’s primary teachers have been Tias Little, Manouso Manos, Sara Powers, Jack Kornfield, Phillip Moffitt, and Yogi Bhajan. An educator above all, she helps people move away from bad habits and create healthy new conscious habits that bring them back into balance in an authentic way.
With a degree in interfaith spiritual direction from the Chaplaincy Institute of Berkeley, Christa guides people in individual sessions to greater communion with the divine through meditation and emotional release work.
Christa is also a member of New York’s Global Peace Works and has facilitated 27 individuals from around the world, from 20 different faith traditions, in working together to build a library and community center in the slums of New Delhi.
