Cassie Schindler is a mindfulness educator trained in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) through the Center for Mindfulness at UMASS Medical Center. A former 25-year Fortune 500 executive and healthy survivor of MS (multiple sclerosis), Cassie, who has been a meditation practitioner for 40 years, knows personally the toxic impact of chronic stress on the nervous system.
She has made it her life’s work to deliver wellness and stress-reduction programs and coaching to individuals, nonprofits, and community and corporate groups through her company The Alternate Path. Since 2005, through program consultation, retreats, daylong and multiweek courses, they have empowered thousands of individuals seeking effective mindful awareness training.
