Antonio Sausys is a somatic psychotherapist and yoga instructor specializing in yoga therapy for people with chronic and acute medical conditions and emotional imbalance.
Author of Yoga for Grief Relief, Antonio leads programs to inspire personal transformation by addressing and working with the physical and emotional symptoms of grief.
He studied with master teachers, including Indra Devi, Swami Shankaradevananda, Ram Dass, and Larry Payne and has continued his professional development with training in integrative grief therapy, foot reflexology, Swedish therapeutic massage, and Reiki.
Antonio is a member of the World Yoga Council and founder and executive director of Yoga for Health: International Yoga Therapy Conference.
A popular radio and television host, he is co-editor of the website All Things Healing, and his work is published in several national and international journals. Antonio teaches at the University of California, Berkeley, the California Institute of Integral Studies, Kripalu Center, and the College of Marin.
