Amy B. Scher

Expert and speaker in mind-body-spirit healing

Amy B. Scher is a NYC-based expert in mind-body-spirit healing and author of How to Heal Yourself When No One Else Can, This Is How I Save My Life, and How To Heal Yourself From Anxiety When No One Else Can. Following years of struggling with chronic illnesses including Lyme disease, autoimmune conditions, nerve damage, endometriosis, and anxiety, Amy discovered answers to an important question: Why do some people heal from emotional and physical issues, while others don’t?

After healing herself completely when doctors had given up all hope, Amy now uses energy therapy techniques to help people heal permanently and completely from emotional or physical challenges.

Amy has been featured in major publications including CNN, Cosmopolitan, The Los Angeles Review of Books, and CBS. Her books have been endorsed by Elizabeth Gilbert, Pam Grout, Bernie Siegel, MD, and Sanjiv Chopra, MD.

Named one of Advocate’s 40 Under 40, Amy also has a chapter featured in Elizabeth Gilbert’s most recent book, Eat Pray Love Made Me Do It. She speaks at retreats and conferences nationwide. Most importantly, she lives by her self-created motto: “When life kicks your ass, kick back.”
