The 1440 Events team will plan a unique blend of leadership training, signature wellness classes and team building to make your next group gathering exceptional and unforgettable.
Capacity charts include both standard maximum capacities and new modified capacities in adherence to current CDC social distancing recommendations. The 1440 Event Diagramming tool is used to provide custom floor plans to meet individual needs and specifications and deliver responsible events to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Outlook 101
Ideal for large groups up to 200 people, this tri-level, tiered room is filled with natural light and accommodates a variety of seating plans.
The space features a speaker stage, raised state-of-the-art sound booth, live-streaming capability, drop down screens, and acoustic sound panels to ensure crystal-clear communication. Bring nature into your event by utilizing the adjacent outdoor patio with vista views of the redwoods.

Redwood Auditorium & Amphitheater
Redwood Auditorium is the main gathering space on campus nestled among the redwoods and purpose-built for large-scale events of up to 600 people.
The indoor venue features stunning wood beams across the ceiling, a theater-style, built-in stage, a speaker ready greenroom, and state-of-the-art sound and lighting capabilities. The outdoor amphitheater facing the entrance is ideal for outdoor breakouts, lectures, or small concerts for up to 300 people.

The Cathedral & Mother Tree
Surrounded by towering redwoods — anchored by a 1,000-year-old "Mother Tree" — the Cathedral is a creekside outdoor amphitheater with custom-built, handmade stadium-style redwood benches.
As guests descend a staircase covered by redwoods, located about a hundred steps away from this ancient redwood, the experience is magical and surreal.

Redwood Boardroom
The Redwood Boardroom, privately located at the back of the Redwood meeting complex, offers an intimate space for an executive gathering or formal meeting set-up.
The room is equipped with a wall-mounted large-screen TV and web camera for ease of streaming virtual meetings. Two double doors open onto the Redwood Terrace, complete with fire pit, outdoor seating and labyrinth. The Redwood Boardroom is ideal for an indoor/outdoor meeting, a gathering that requires privacy and focused work, and for groups looking for a more traditional boardroom setting.
