Faculty Speakers
Dr. Jeffrey Sanchez-Burks is a behavioral scientist and professor of management and organizations in multiple globally ranked programs at the Michigan Ross School of Business. His research focuses broadly on the human dynamics of designing and driving organizational change cross-culturally. He and his research have been featured in the TED series talks, The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, NPR, The New York Times, Sloan Management Review and many other international outlets, and he is currently writing his first book on the content being delivered at 1440.
Dr. Ethan Kross is one of the world's leading experts on controlling the conscious mind. He is an award-winning professor in the University of Michigan's top ranked Psychology Department, and teaches leadership and emotional regulation to students and executives at the globally acclaimed Ross School of Business.
Dr. Kross has participated in policy discussions at the White House, and has been interviewed about his research on CBS Evening News, Good Morning America, Anderson Cooper Full Circle, and NPR's Morning Edition. His research has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The New Yorker, The New England Journal of Medicine and Science, to name a few.
