Join us for a transformative educational experience with 1440 Adjunct Faculty Member Susan Olesek, renowned founder of The Human Potentialists, in the Ego to Essence workshop. This immersive three-day journey into the Enneagram system offers a structured exploration of its nine distinct lenses, providing a deeper understanding of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral patterns. By studying these perspectives, you'll unlock profound insights into the nature of self and the ways in which we relate to others.
This workshop isn't just about self-discovery—it's an opportunity to apply what you learn in a meaningful way. Through guided reflection, experiential exercises, and research-backed methodologies, you'll develop the skills to move beyond habitual patterns and step into a more authentic version of yourself. By cultivating self-awareness, emotional regulation, and compassion, you'll gain practical tools to foster trust, strengthen relationships, and navigate life with greater ease.
Rooted in 1440's Love Well learning pillar, Ego to Essence invites you to embrace a deeper sense of connection—with yourself and those around you. As you explore how you engage with the world, you'll be encouraged to break free from limiting beliefs and step into a more expansive, fulfilling way of being. Through mindful practices that affirm your inherent wholeness, you will discover how to move from simply surviving to flourishing in every aspect of life.

Meet 1440 Adjunct Faculty Member Susan Olesek
Susan Olesek is the founder and practical visionary behind The Human Potentialists. She is an unapologetic idealist in passionate pursuit of what is possible for people. Susan works to bridge the human experience in support of reconnecting each of us to our divine wholeness, as well as our shared humanity. Susan's unique and compelling application of the Enneagram is inspired by her work with thousands of people in both physical prisons and our self-made ones. She knows that the Enneagram was always meant for everyone, and she is working to democratize it for the greatest human good. In 2012, Susan founded Enneagram Prison Project (EPP), a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to the self-awareness education of those imprisoned, now scaling around the globe. She brings her conviction that there is something inherently "good" in people to anyone in her presence.
