During this experience you will:

• Begin your journey with a 90-minute opening session designed to orient you to the powerful work ahead. Here, you'll get acquainted with the foundational aspects of the Enneagram and prepare your mind and spirit for the introspective exploration to come.
• Delve into the realms of understanding of both self and others. Through guided Enneagram practices, you'll uncover the unique motivations, behaviors, and worldviews that shape your personality. This enlightening day offers a mirror to see your true self while fostering empathy and connection with those around you.
• Break free from the limitations of habitual patterns and discovering a path to personal freedom. Through the wisdom of the Enneagram, you'll chart a course toward greater autonomy and authenticity in your life's journey.

Meet 1440 Adjunct Faculty Member Susan Olesek

Susan Olesek is the founder and practical visionary behind The Human Potentialists.  She is an unapologetic idealist in passionate pursuit of what is possible for people. Susan works to bridge the human experience in support of reconnecting each of us to our divine wholeness, as well as our shared humanity. Susan's unique and compelling application of the Enneagram is inspired by her work with thousands of people in both physical prisons and our self-made ones. She knows that the Enneagram was always meant for everyone, and she is working to democratize it for the greatest human good. In 2012, Susan founded Enneagram Prison Project (EPP), a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to the self-awareness education of those imprisoned, now scaling around the globe. She brings her conviction that there is something inherently "good" in people to anyone in her presence.
