The Call to Adventure

Through a variety of experiences, including walks in the forest, a cooking demonstration in our Teaching Kitchen, movement such as yoga and qigong on the outdoor deck, creative expression classes, music, and more you’ll have time for deep personal reflection as well as connection with others.

The schedule gives options, and between activities there is plenty of time to explore campus and pause for rest and renewal.

  • Soak in the infinity-edge tub overlooking the redwoods.
  • Walk the labyrinth.
  • Delight in a massage (for an additional fee).
  • Relax and enjoy silence and downtime while we care for you.

Come on your own, with your friend or partner, or bring a group to celebrate your special occasion. Meet new friends, gain new skills, and try on different practices that could become a treasured part of your life when you return home.
