About Dr. Rachel
Dr. Rachel is a family practice physician with specialized training in integrative medicine. She opened the Santa Cruz Integrative Medicine clinic in 2008 and has been voted “Best Doctor” in Santa Cruz County from 2009 – 2017. Dr. Rachel is dedicated to helping each individual learn to tune into their body’s innate intelligence.
Dr. Rachel’s approach is both experiential and integrative and balances conventional medicine, wellness practices, and intuition to heal the body both physically and emotionally. A Special Evening Event With Dr. Rachel

Interested in a preview of Dr. Rachel before the program? During this 90-minute talk, Dr. Rachel will introduce you to the tools to become bodywise—to sense your own unique needs for food, sleep, movement, love, and purpose.
She will lead you through some active self-exploration exercises designed to help you access your own body’s wisdom. Q & A to follow. People of all ages and life stages are welcome.
Event tickets include dinner at Kitchen Table, the heart of sustenance and connection on the 1440 campus. Relax by the cozy fireplace or dine al fresco on our patio overlooking the lush redwoods.
